Rick Arnold

Rick Arnold’s law practice has been historically focused in the areas of real estate, business, and litigation. He has significant experience in all areas of land use and development law, including zoning, subdivision platting, and construction. Mr. Arnold has represented clients in more than 40 Utah cities and counties, and he has a proven track record of successful outcomes. He also represented real estate brokers, lenders, borrowers, investors, and individuals in both simple and complex development and business transactions. In recent years, Mr. Arnold has expanded his litigation practice to include employment and labor matters.

Mr. Arnold graduated from Brigham Young University (B.A., 1994) and the University of Utah College of Law (J.D. 1997), where he served as a senior staff and published member of the Utah Law Review, among other honors. Mr. Arnold worked as law clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Howe, Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court. Following his clerkship, he worked as an attorney and partner with a large real estate development company, and then spent most of 2000 to 2010 working as a partner in a number of successful real estate development companies and as a private practice real estate attorney.
